About VaxiOmics
VaxiOmics™ is the sequencing and multi-omics service brand of VAXICAN Sp. z o.o., a Gdańsk-based biotech built by an academic team with a delivery track record for research institutes, universities, clinical units and industry.
We are the Certified Service Provider of Oxford Nanopore Technologies in Poland and one of the few centres in Central and Eastern Europe to combine long-read (ONT) and short-read (Element Biosciences AVITI24) sequencing with spatial multi-omics under one roof.
We work as a research partner — from experimental design, through extraction, QC and library preparation, to interpreted, publication-ready results. Raw data are held in a secure, multi-year archive aligned with funder requirements (NCN, ABM, EU).
